Warranty Policy
Most products sold by Integrity Auto Aftermarket are covered by a 12-month manufacturer warranty, unless otherwise stated on the product page or by the manufacturer’s official warranty terms.
Warranty coverage varies by brand, product category, and part number. All warranty coverage, terms, conditions, exclusions, approvals, repairs, or replacements are determined by the applicable manufacturer in accordance with their warranty policy.
What Is Covered
Manufacturer warranties generally cover manufacturing defects and workmanship issues under normal use.
What Is Not Covered
Warranty coverage does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper installation
- Misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Accident damage
- Vehicle modifications
- Incorrect part selection or incorrect vehicle application
- Damage caused by another failed vehicle component
- Racing, competition, or non-standard use unless specifically covered by the manufacturer
- Labor costs associated with installation or removal
- Towing, diagnostics, rental vehicles, lost time, or incidental expenses
NGK® Spark Plug Warranty
NGK® spark plugs are covered by NGK’s limited manufacturer warranty, subject to NGK’s official warranty terms.
NGK’s published warranty language states that NGK spark plugs are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for 60 days from delivery. Warranty coverage is subject to NGK’s review and may not apply to products damaged by incorrect installation, misuse, racing, competition use, or other excluded conditions.
For NGK® products, warranty coverage is provided by NGK and is subject to NGK’s official limited warranty terms.
How to Start a Warranty Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us with:
- Your order number
- Product details and part number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the product, packaging, and installation area, if applicable
- Any diagnostic notes, trouble codes, or shop inspection details, if available
Please do not discard the product or packaging until the warranty process is complete. The manufacturer may require inspection before approving a claim.
We will assist with the claim process and next steps, but warranty approvals, repairs, replacements, or denials are determined by the manufacturer.
