We offer free standard ground shipping on U.S. parts orders of $25 or more.
Orders under $25 ship at a flat rate of $5.99, calculated at checkout.
All orders ship from our Texas warehouse using reliable ground carriers. Standard parts orders typically deliver within 3–5 business days after shipment.
Oversized & Freight Items
Tonneau covers and other oversized freight items ship via the best available ground or freight carrier at our cost on qualifying orders
Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment. Signature may be required at delivery for items over $500 in value.
Oversized items are excluded from same-day shipping due to packaging and carrier pickup scheduling. Allow 1–2 business days for these orders to ship from our warehouse.
IAA Fitment Guarantee — Eligible Parts
We stand behind fitment on the parts most likely to be a quick mistake. If an eligible part does not fit your vehicle, return it within 30 days of delivery and we cover the return shipping — with no restocking fee.
Eligible parts: spark plugs, ignition coils, sensors, VVT / oil control valves, filters, and wiper blades.
Conditions: the part must be new, unopened, uninstalled, and in its original packaging. To start a guarantee return, contact us with your order number and we’ll email a prepaid return label.
Not included: tonneau covers and other oversized or freight items are excluded from this guarantee and follow the cover/oversized terms below.
Returns Policy — Standard Items
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
If a return is the result of our error (for example, you received an incorrect or defective item), return shipping costs will be covered by Integrity Auto Aftermarket.
If a return is requested for any other reason — including items ordered incorrectly, no longer needed, or confirmed incompatible after delivery — return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except for parts covered by the IAA Fitment Guarantee above.
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Depending on your payment method, additional time may be required for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and details about the item you wish to return. We will respond promptly with return instructions.
Returns Policy — Tonneau Covers & Oversized Freight
Due to the size, weight, and specialized fitment of tonneau covers and other oversized freight items, the following additional terms apply:
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery (shorter than the 30-day standard window for parts).
- A 25% restocking fee applies to all non-defective tonneau cover returns.
- Customer is responsible for return freight shipping, which is typically $150–$250 for tonneau covers.
- Original outbound shipping costs (typically $150–$250) are deducted from refunds on non-defective returns, even when shipping was provided free at purchase.
- Tonneau covers that have been installed, drilled, or modified are not eligible for return under any circumstances except verified manufacturing defect.
- Fitment errors (wrong bed length, wrong year, wrong trim) ordered by the customer are not eligible for a full refund. Partial credit may be issued at our discretion.
- For defect claims, photos and documentation of the issue may be required before a return is authorized.
Before ordering a tonneau cover, please confirm your truck bed length, model year, and trim configuration carefully. If you are unsure, contact us before purchase — we are happy to help confirm fitment.
Warranty Policy
Most products sold by Integrity Auto Aftermarket are covered by a 12-month manufacturer warranty, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues under normal use. Warranty coverage, terms, and conditions are set by the individual manufacturer.
The warranty does not cover: normal wear and tear, improper installation, misuse, accident damage, vehicle modifications, or labor costs associated with installation or removal.
To initiate a warranty claim, please contact us with your order number, product details, and a description of the issue. Photos or additional documentation may be required by the manufacturer. We will assist with the claim process and next steps.
Warranty approvals, repairs, or replacements are determined by the manufacturer in accordance with their warranty policy.
